I can be commissioned to create any bespoke piece of textiles. My personal brand of elegant, luxurious, one off pieces of textiles for fashion or interiors which take pride in a rich heritage, utilise the opulence of wonderful materials such as French or Japanese silks, British linens, golden threads or tweeds, and represent the influence of the individual for whom they are made.

I have made a career of the creation of legacy textiles to reflect my clients achievements, preferences and project briefs. My customers return to me as they recognise that I am the woman to help them do so with taste, just the right level of opulence and grandeur and will exceed their expectations every time.

I also have over seventeen years of experience handling and caring for antique textiles and offering advice and services regarding the care and restoration/conservation (as appropriate) of such pieces.

I am a fully trained teacher of post compulsory level education with a breadth of experience built up over twenty years within the field, including A- Level, BTec Foundation studies & Degree levels, Royal School of Needlework Certificate, Diploma & Advanced Diploma levels plus special projects with Secondary & Junior school levels.

I also have experience creating presentations and workshops for adults with visual impairment.

I have been delivering lectures to a wide range of organisations for over twenty years.

Helen has experience of curating exhibitions, research, cataloguing and valuing antique textiles.
